The FAQ system helps you automatically create and manage FAQs for your collection.
You can generate FAQs using AI, review them, and publish only what you approve.
How It Works (Simple Flow)
You provide content (text)
↓
System generates FAQs (AI)
↓
FAQs appear as "Pending"
↓
You review → approve / reject
↓
Approved FAQs go live

What you need to do
Provide any content such as:
Product documentation
Feature descriptions
Help articles
Raw notes
Then trigger FAQ generation.

Get notified when FAQ generation is complete.
How it works
You provide a webhook URL
System sends generated FAQs to it once ready

What happens after you generate
FAQs are created automatically in the background
This process may take several hours to up to a day
Once ready, FAQs will appear in Pending state
Pending FAQs
Generated FAQs are not live immediately.
They will appear as:
Pending FAQs → need your review
Each FAQ may be:
A new FAQ, or
A suggested improvement to an existing FAQ
Review & Approve
For each pending FAQ, you can:
1. Approve as New
Adds it as a new FAQ
Makes it live immediately
2. Update Existing FAQ
Replaces/improves an existing FAQ
Keeps your content up to date
3. Reject
Deletes the suggestion
Live FAQs
Only approved FAQs are:
Visible to users
Used in search
Used in chatbot / public APIs
Key Points
FAQ generation is not instant
You always have full control before publishing
Nothing goes live without your approval
System avoids duplicates and improves existing FAQs automatically
If needed, manual FAQs can still be added anytime alongside AI-generated ones.
